Need help finding right dimmer

I have a single box in a bathroom that has tile. it currently has two switches, one controlling the exhaust fan and one controlling the lights. I would like to be able to install a dimmer on the light but cannot find two switches in a single box with one of them being a dimmer. Is there a model out there or am i out of luck without changing out the box?

The Lutron Maestro family has a couple of dual-devices. The MA-L3T251 is a dimmer and a count down timer. The MAL3S25 is a dimmer and switch. Both dimmers are rated for 300 watts of incandescent.
