Homeworks 8 Series Processor with corrupted file

Hi All

I have a Homeworks 8 series processor with a database extract i can't open and no back up file

I am about to have to reprogram this large property with very little design/load information. It has everything, 6 x PNL8 panels loaded with RPM's, QED shades, Motorised shutters on RPM 4M's and to top it all DMX loads !!. Its going to take a while and a lot of frustration

Was able to extract the database but small file size 250kB instead on 2MB, Lutron cannot open the database.

Someone mentioned an extraction utility software, I cannot find it anywhere, does anyone have a link to it ?

I'll try anything at this stage ?
