Fatal Exceptions

If you are working on a project file and it suddently shows a window saying there is a fatal exception and the program will close, we recommend following these steps to ensure Lutron can help determine the cause of the issue and possible solutions:

- Click on the "Details..." button of that window.
- Copy the error log or save it onto a text file
- Gather a support file of the project by clicking on "Help->Support->Create Support File"
- Send both files to hwsupport@lutron.com with a description of how to reproduce the issue
