Hi,After long time i installed Radio Ra2 system (repeater with few keypads and several dimmers). Everything went well and as expected but at the end, i could not connect from my phone to the system using Home Control + app. I tried to add system manually and no luck. Is it still possible to use Home Control + app? I heard that it has been discontinued. Is that the reason why it didn't work/could not connect?
What version of the software/firmware are you on? I believe sometime around 11.0 and definitely for 12.0, the app no longer works. You'll need a Connect Bridge and the new Connect app going forward.
I used the same version as i used a year ago and that version was working with the app without problem. Last week, before transferring files, application asked for the repeater firmware update. I could not continue without it, so the repeater firmware is the latest available. Is there a note from Lutron that Home Control + app does not work with the latest repeater firmware update?Thanks!
There was a note for when the HC+ app was discontinued for the newer firmwares, but I don't remember when that occurred. It was on 11 or 12, but 12 definitely does not support it. What version of the firmware are you on?
