Hybrid keypad - update backlight setting not working

Hi,I have an already deloyed system where the backlight was set to medium. I would like to lower the setting. I made the adjustment in the software and re-transfered without any errors but the backlight level does not seem to change.I have tried this several times, including setting it to off to make sure I was not missing the level change. I also reactivated the keypad, no change. Am I missing something?Thank you!

I experienced the same issue. After a couple of tries it accepted the off setting and the owner liked it (it was in a theater). Try resetting with the FASS after you change it. I don't know that it will work but that was the only other thing I did.
