Go to help, support and click on create support file. I believe the report has to be sent to Lutron.Quote:

Open Terminal and the command you are looking for is under "processor". Or just paste PRINTEVENTLOG,1000,usenames in the terminal window. It will show button presses. You can replace 1000 with 2000 or 3000 to go back farther (haven't needed any higher number yet myself).
