New Caseta Dimmer

I just received the casita dimmer switch. Question is there away to keep my 3 way toggle switch on other side of kitchen ? dimmer works fine bu toggle switch turns it off.
can't seem to find anything in advanced installation for my scenario.

Do i have to use the pico remote?

Yes, you need to use the pico remote with the dimmer. The pro switches or neutral switches have an option to work with a 3 way but the dimmers do not.
