bit more info - (blown fuse should read blown bulb in one of the lamps) - I was hoping it might just be a faulty MCB that might be easy enough to replace, it seems to be working fine in terms of the switch, but there is no power to the sockets when tested with a voltmeter, and also by plugging in the lamps.
I did notice that when I flicked the MCB up and down, there was a clicking from the WPM's, I'm assuming this means there must be a current coming from the MCB. When switching on all circuits by pressing the buttons on all the WPMs, everything comes on except these two lamp sockets.
Does this smell like a possible Lutron problem?

Does anything work in the sockets? You may have another device tripped. It could be a GFCI or AFCI receptacle. Maybe a fuse or breaker.

identified it after lots of checks - one of the zone outputs on the WPM isnt working. fortunately, of the six zones, only four were being used, so I was able to test the wiring and fuses by attaching the socket output to another zone and energising all the outputs of the WPM - which showed the sockets were working fine.
Which intern means I need to reprogram the relevant wall switches to switch from one zone to the replacement zone on the relevant WPM - which means ill have to unfortunately get in touch with the original installers for the software and file, and hope to do it myself, or have them do it for me...
