Dim option no longer functions

I purchased a tgcl-153p led dim switch. It operates 5 led can lights with a combined wattage of 46w. All dimmable.
The dim switch which worked very well for approximately 6hrs then completely stopped working. Nothing else is wrong. Lights have a strong steady glow... no flickering whatsoever. Bad switch or something I haven't thought of?

Did you change the bulb? Your new bulb may not be compatible.
