Two switches, two circuits - control them together like 3-way switches?

Hi. I have two existing traditional switches in one large room. Each controls about half the ceiling lights in the room, and the switches are on different sides of the room. They are standard 2-way switches, totally separate of one another.

I'd like to replace both with Caseta switches and then program them to work together, that way when I switch one on, both circuits (all lights) come on. And when I switch either one off or dim it, both go off or dim together. Is this in any way possible? I can't find any settings like that in the Lutron app on my phone.

You can use a Pico or a timed event to turn control both lights (on/off/dim) simultaneously. Caseta does not have the ability to do conditional logic, i.e. if A turns on then turn B on, etc. There are some 3rd party programs that will. IFTTT (IF This Then That) is one but I find it very clumsy.

If you have Apple Homekit available, you could use it to make this work. It's not native.

Create rules like this:
"Trigger Light One On, Condition Light Two Off, Action run scene 'Both Lights On'"
"Trigger Light Two On, Condition Light One Off, Action run scene 'Both Lights On'"
"Trigger Light One Off, Condition Light Two On, Action run scene 'Both Lights Off'"
"Trigger Light Two Off, Condition Light One On, Action run scene 'Both Lights Off'"

There's a slight delay too, as the rule runs. This could be obnoxious depending on your specifics.
