Secondary APM in Inclusive/Essentials?

I came across the APM document as shown below, which lists "Secondary APM." I know in Design you can right click to access APM settings, but I was curious if the Switch/Dimmer option is available in the software or if it's only available in certain dimmers. Thanks!

This option is currently not available using the RadioRA2 software.
