Need an RF ceiling mount humidity sensor that will automatically turn the bathroom or laundry room exhaust fan on. In California we are required to have the exhaust fans turn on automatically and currently there is no way to do this through Homeworks, which requires to install a separate device on the wall next to the keypad (which usually does not match in color). It would even be better to make a combination vacancy / humidity sensor.
