Has anyone had issues using Verify Low End tool in QS? I keep getting "unable to connect to device". I've gone to hard wired connections. Changing to multicast to processor IP and updating from version 12.3 to 13.2. Files transfer fine. I'm at a loss.
Yup I have seen that. No explanation. I can transfer and activate devices fine.

We would recommend you email your project files in to hwsupport@lutron.com calling out the loads you are having problems with so we can see if we are able to replicate the issue. We do apologize for the issues.
