Zone mapping problem for GRAFIK Eye®

To configure the GRAFIK Eye® QS zone to control a remote output after entering the programming mode inside load type of Zone Setup menu,
i cannot select the appropriate load type:Remote Dim, Remote Digital or Remote Non-Dim.

After that, to confirm my firmware version, i connected it to the GRAFIK Eye QS Programmer 8.0.

When the Lutron GRAFIK Eye QS Programmer 8.0 connected to my QSGRQ-6PCE, the firmware version of my Grafik eye QS device is 7.2 or above.
Also, i can choose the load type(Remote dimming type) in Zone 1-6.
After transferring the data to the device, it still didn't work.
