We can further investigate this for but I will need some information gathered. The details button will provide more details on the error. Copy the error details and paste them to a word doc.
We could also benefit from the event viewer logs. We will need the Application logs and System logs. Below is a link on how to do this.

Attach the event viewer logs and the word doc to and email and send it to hwsupport@lutron.com
