What is the model number of the Pico remote that you are trying to activate to the Caseta system?Quote:

The only other thing I can think of is that you may have run up to the 50 device limit of the bridge. How many other Caseta devices (dimmers/switches/shades/Picos) are part of your Caseta system?
It is a 3 button with raise/ lower ( i have 2 which both won't connect) , tried to connect right beside hub, and there is only 20 items on system at present
could the control 4 system be interfering?
