Ra2 Issues Opening the BOM on the Software

Some dealers have reported issues opening the Bill of Materials from the RadioRa2 software. Please be aware, the Bill of Materials will some some resources from the computer that require administrator privileges. Without these the Radiora2 software may sometimes experience issues with opening the BOM.

Some dealers have reported the software crashing; we are currently working with our development team for an upcoming patch release to resolve this issue. Instead of a crash, there will be a pop-up window asking for the software to be run as an administrator in the computer.

In order to ensure the Ra2 software is run as an administrator, please right-click the Ra2 Icon and choose the option to "Run as administrator". There is a way to configure the software to always run as administrator. For instructions on how to do this please see the link below:

Update:

We had reports the crash may happen with the Engraving Report as well. Same as the BOM report, will be resolved in a patch release. It may still require the RadioRa2 software to be run as administrator in order to perform operations.
