Trouble In high brightness strobing/flicker

I have a TGCL-153PH dimmer driving 5 Simba 6W LED blubs. I adjusted the control for good dimming range and the low brightness end is great. Trouble is at the high brightness end. The blubs flicker/strobe at high frequency. The adjustment level has no effect on the high omegle brightness flicker/strobing. Solution now is to not move dimmer ome tv toggle to highest level, but is there a real solution?

Mechanical dimmers like Airadni/Toggler typically only offer low end dimming. Electronic dimmers like Maestro typically offer high and low end trim adjustment.
