Can someone tell me why Israel is no longer supported in the RA2 Inclusive Software?

Can someone tell me why Israel is no longer supported in the RadioRA 2 7.5 Inclusive Programming Software?

I have a client that has started to build over there and wants to do a Lutron RA2 system. It was supported in 6.3 but not 7.5.

Is RadioRA 2 no longer an option in that area?
