Switched Takeoff from Dimmer

I would like to switch my bathroom ventilation fan on or off when I switch my LED dimmer. Do multipole dimmer switches have an undimmed switched leg (takeoff?) available?

No. Lutron does make dual devices. The issue is that the only one with an LED dimmer has a ceiling fan control as the 2nd device.
