Scene control based on time of day

Is it possible to use one of the scene control remotes (ie. PJ2-2B-GWH-P01) to set a different scene based on time of day? Or have the scene devices set differently based on time of day?

The above remote has "Home" and "Away" buttons but the lights would be need to be set differently in each case based on whether the sun is up or not.

I have a hub but I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this without third party integration.
