ELK system not getting proper feed back

System is a 2 main built in 6.0 and upgraded to 7.8
I was told by the security guy he is not getting proper button feed back to his ELK system. Says it's not in sync.
Don't know all the specs but I do know he's using the Elk to Ra2 interface. Also told me he upgraded to the last ELK firmware.
When I left the job Monday all was working fine through the Lutron App from his controlling it. I had my comp logged in through telnet and the app running on my Android and saw his commands working fine on both.
