I can't seem to find it anywhere from legitimate sources - just 3rd party sellers.
Available from plenty of sources, including Amazon, and many retailers. These are all legitimate sources.
Most electronics manufacturers have had issues with supply chain and chip shortages. I have been waiting for multiple months on networking equipment.
