C.L Dimmable and Fan Control?

I have been unable to find it, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a Fan/Light controller that would work with CFL or LED lights? I am in the middle of remodeling several rooms in our house, and want to install dimmers in 4-5 different rooms. However we mostly use CFL bulbs. I am also running into the fact that we have a ceiling fan with a light on it in the Living room that has a 3 way switch. I have read several diagrams online that talk about running new lines to install a second switch, one for the fan and one for the light. but if I can avoid that, I would like too. I hate dealing with electricity.

The only Dimmer/Fan controls I can find though say that they are not for CFL or LEDs. So I thought maybe I missed it? I found model #MA-LFQ3-GB which would be perfect...but it does not work with CFL bulbs.

So, if anyone know of anything that might work other than running new lines and installing a new box on both sides of my living room, I would appreciate the suggestions.
