We have had some customers contact us with connection issues to the app where all in-app settings were configured correctly. These customers had the network setting on their iOS device for the HTTP Proxy set to "Auto". This would cause issues with the Lutron Home Control+ connection; the HTTP Proxy setting must be set to "OFF" in order for the app to connect to the system.
