10.0 remote access Home Control App bug

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to a software issue the HWQS 10.0 software should not be used on projects that use remote access with the Lutron Home Control+ App. A new release of software will be available soon for these projects. Please refer to the Current Issues list for more information.

I was surprised to find this note directly above the download link for 10.0 software. I've already downloaded the software, I was just checking in to see if 10.1 was posted.
