Have older multi location dimmers model MA-600 working with LED's with just slight flickering at min dimming.One of the dimmers is broken, can I replace it with MACL or MA-R digital series?
Yes. The MACL is basically the MA-600 with multi-location capability and some new electronics designed to work with LED bulbs.
The MA-R is a companion dimmer and must have a master dimmer (MA-600, MACL, etc.) to function properly.
