Lately I have had many project files getting corrupt on the job site. Only after contacting tech support and spending a few hours of doing all type if manual updates did we conclude its corrupt. This required me to send a project files to Lutron to review and took in 1 job over a week to repair. What is the primary cause for files to get corrupt?
