Need advice for motion sensor

Hello mestregroda. Lutron does not have an in-wall solution for two sensors in a 3-way. If you need sensing at both ends, we would recommend using our Maestro Wireless family of controls, with wireless occupancy sensors.

MRF2-8S-DV - Master switch
MA-AS - Companion switch
LRF2-OCR2B-P-WH - Ceiling mounted wireless sensor.

You can have up to 6 sensors per master control.

Please see the following spec sheet for sensor coverage. We cannot limit the distance detected, but you can adjust the sensitivity.
