Raise/Lower Configuration with switched and dimmed lights

Hi,i have programmed under the same WCI input a dimmable LED DALI load and a switched ON/OFF light through a QSE-IO CCO.When i cycle dim the input, on lowering, the switched light switch off right away but i would like it to always stay on and to switch off only on the OFF command.I've tried changing the "Raise/Lower configuration" option for the CCO but it seems to have no effect.Can you help me understand the meaning of that option and if there is a way to achieve what i need.Thanks
