Single button recall / raise only not cycle dim

I have a request for a single contact input to Recall or Raise only, not cycle Dim In conditional there is an option to 'Raise' on the hold however this causes a recall, not a raise, I thought I might need to add a 'stop' on release however this doesn't stop the fade, it fades all the way up and doesn't stop when you release....any ideas?
