Audio Pico w/Sonos - Device count?

When using an Audio Pico to control a single Sonos speaker how many "devices" are you using toward the Caseta maximum of 50?

I know the Audio Pico will count as a device but does the Sonos speaker count as an additional device?

No. The Sonos does not count as a device.
