Can't adjust radius in Geofencing

Ver 2.1.1 of the app on iPhone. I can't adjust the radius of the circle for geofencing.

Since the V2.2 update come out on Monday, 6/2/15, were you able to then adjust the geofencing radius?

I verified that I have v2.2 but still can't adjust the radius. The is a black dot on the edge of the circle and a dotted line, which probably has to do with the size adjustment, but it's still not functioning.
