HWQS HVAC controller & Wired Flush Mount Sensor

when we install it for more than 10 meter, we get a not accurate reading for the temperature in the dynamic keypad.
for example , its 24 degree and the distance between the HVAC controller and the sensor 15 meter, he dynamic keypad show 22, 26, 20, 23, 24, 25
its 24 degree and the distance between the HVAC controller and the sensor 28 meter, he dynamic keypad show 27, 28, 20, 18, 29, 24

as far the distance between the wired sensor and the HVAC controller as the temperature readings get fluctuating.

Is the wiring you are using 18 to 22 AWG twisted, shielded with crimp fittings or soldered with insulation?
