Two HQP6-2 Connection Problem

Good day,

I have a project which consists of 2 HQP6-2 processors about 50m (160feet) apart. We used cat6 wire to connect both processors via RJ45 connection. Both LED lit orange, but I can't detect Processor#2 when I'm connected to processor#1. I can't seem to find the problem. Thank you in advance for the help! :)

Thank you for the information.

Are you connecting directly from your PC to processor 1?
Is processor 2 directly wired to processor 1 or does it go through a router or switch?

We would recommend directly connecting to processor 1, set a static IP on your computer, disable any firewalls/security software temporarily, and set static IPs on the processors. If still having issues then please try using the "Remote Access" or "System Communication" option on the Activate screen. Please select the IP of the first processor and choose save and apply.

If going through a router or switch then please ensure multicasting is not disabled or improperly filtered. The HWQS software and system will use multicasting to communicate to processors.
