Maestro Problem with dimmer not working

Maestro installed and lights are on but cannot turn on or off and dimmer will not work. Any suggestions?

What dimmer and lights? There may be a compatibility issue. Also, was the dimmer installed by an electrician. There may be a problem with the way it is wired in the wall.
