How to wire MACL & MA-R 3-way with lights in the middle

I need help wiring the receiver switch in the configuration pictured (linked). The master switch is connected (as shown in linked image) and the 4 lights work fine with it. Yes, I'm using a single pole switch to wire to the MACL-153M. And the 3-way functionality is retained.
