Control Shade Groups and Shades via Integration

We had this questions from some integrators and believed it would be good information to share:

When you have a third party system controlling the HomeWorks QS system for shade control, please be aware of the following: Shades have their individual integration ID and shade groups will also have a unique integration ID.

If you want to control an individual shade by itself, please send a command with the format:

#output,<shade ID>,...

If you want to control the shade group as a whole, send the command with format:

#shadegrp, <shade group ID>,...
