Lutron Temperature Control for 5 zone Hydronic Radiant Floor heating

Our house remodel will have 5 rooms each on separate hydronic manifolds. We want to control temperature separately for each room, both centrally (either by a TouchPRO or App) and within each room with the see Temp Wall Control. Which RA configeration will best provide this control... and efficiently control a hydronic heating system?

Our builder suggested buying a Nest for each room (zone), but we would much prefer the look and something more discreet as the Lutron system. Plus, our wall switches/dimmers are Lutron.
