System has been working fine since 12-28-15. All was well when she left one day then came home and Kitchen ceiling would not turn off.
Thought maybe they messed something up in the app. It's not on the network. Then extracted and saw this. Reactivated and all is working.
Ver 9.2 and left it that way. Didn't have time to upgrade. I did pull a support file
