Indicator Light Off/No Power

I have a Lutron switch that controls my porch lights. Our house is 100 years old so there is no ground. For no apparent reason the switch is no longer working, the red/green indicator light is not functioning, and the porch lights are not working. I have confirmed that power is getting to the switch. I have flipped the circuit breaker a few times. Nothing. Any thoughts?

The ground shouldn't be an issue. There are a couple of issues which would make the dimmer behave that way.

The power, which you have checked.
Compatibility issue with the LED. Seems unlikely since you didn't mention change bulb types.
The circuit may have fallen below the minimum level threshold. Typically it is one LED but depending on the electronics in the bulb, it may take more.
The dimmer is dead.
