Extracting program from QS processor fail

I'm trying to extract the program from a large system with 4 QS processors. When I connect and start the process, it takes awhile then an error message pops up that says: "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" and the process fails.

I using windows 7 and homeworks qs 7.4.0

Try connecting directly with the same version of firmware running on the processors and have your wifi turned off. If this fails, create a support file and send it to hwsupport@lutron.com.
