No Delay programming on 12.4 software

I currently am setting up my clients project on 12.4 version , I’m not showing the option on my software to delay on any scene buttons?

I use the delay to create countdown timers on off button for my bathroom fans?

I have used this function on all my previous software versions which still show up under those files.
Help would be greatly appreciated

On the programming screen, right click on the blue bar at the top of the table at the bottom of the page. Then choose "show delay."
