Single pole operation reversed

Hello, I installed Lutron Claro single pole switch today, but the switch operation is reversed. It turns on when the switch is in OFF position, and off when it is in ON position. Is there any way I can fix it? Thanks in advance!PS: It has Lutron letters written at the bottom of the switch, so I can't just reverse the switch.

When installed the 2 terminal screws on the back should be facing right. If the switch is still working backwards you might be able to swap the plastic. If it is new, I'd just return it rather than risk breaking the plastic.
