RA2 Select Bridge Issue - unable to configure with HomeKit or Customer IOS App

Assuming there are initial software issues.

Installing our first Radio RA2 Select Bridge

- Downloaded latest app from App Store (IOS) - Lutron Caseta & RA2 Select App version 5.0 (Canadian AppStore)
- Installed the bridge (confirmed it picked up an IP with DHCP)_
- Tried to add via Homekit device add; failed
- Reset the bridge
- Tried to add via Homekit device add; failed
- Tried to configure the bridge with the iOS APP, contractor mode
- succeeded
- Tried to configure / manage the bridge on IOS app as signed in home owner, failed retry
- Tried to add via Homekit device add; failed
- Tried to configure the bridge with the iOS APP, contractor mode
- succeeded

Any thoughts? We have a month to get this working. Want to try to address the issue as soon as possible.
