6 of 6 Activated, but 4 of 6 won't transfer

SanDiegoRep - The system is running on Essentials 7.6. I'm surprised because this 8ANS activated and transferred successfully many times before. And it's sitting in a 4-gang box with 2 other devices that have never failed to activate or transfer.

And new news - Before these failures started happening, I added an Event via the iPad app that turned this device on at sunset and off several hours later. For the last two nights, I've had to turn the device on manually (at the switch) and it turns off automatically per the event schedule. Go figure...

Sounds like a bug in the software to me. It'd be nice to have Lutron chime in.

Thanks for all the support. The 8ANS has been changed for one previously used elsewhere (i.e., not factory new). Deleted old from Design, re-entered all programming, activated and transferred FIRST TIME. All is working fine. The 1st "failed" device on this system.....

Interesting... wonder if this means I have a dead shade. Although once in a while they do respond (every 5 flashes)
