LHC+ and Ra2 Unable to Edit Scene Levels

Some dealers have called us with issues editing scene levels with their Lutron Home Control+ app on their Ra2 system. We helped them resolve this issue by following the steps below and thought it would be good information to share them as a troubleshooting step:

Go to the Design tab in the software
Right click a keypad that has issues editing scenes in its buttons
Choose the option for "Advanced Settings"
Ensure the scene saver feature is "Disabled"

If the feature is enabled, that means the keypad will only have the capability to edit scenes locally from the keypad and not from the app. If the feature is disabled, it will allow the app to edit and save the scenes.
