Lutron LQSE-4A-D Issue | Led Power Blinking

hello,

i had problem with lqse-4ad, the problem is there is no load/power in every zone output,
and here are the unit condition:
- led "power" blinking
- no power output in each zone

and here are the question i want to ask:
1. can i fix the unit? if can, how to fix it?
2. how to diagnose the problem?
3. is the any solution so the problem do not happen in the future? if yes, what is it?

The rapid blinking of the power LED indicates unit failure. Give us a call at 1 888 LUTRON 1 to start the troubleshooting process and replacement if needed.
