You need to go to https://lutron.learn.com/ and go through LP620 RadioRA 2 Level 1 Online training. After completing all series, you take online test as the last step. Upon successfully passing it, you get download access to the RadioRA2 Essential software.Quote:

I took the course in March 2018 and downloand Essentials 12.0. I'm assuming that there have been updates to the software since 12.0 but cannot figure out how to find them and download them. Actually, when I go back to my learning certificate and I select "download" it wants to save 11.6 as the offline version.
12.0 is the current version. The RadioRA2 line has been very quiet over the last two years, to the point that it is fairly worrying.
