I have an awning outside my house that is currently controlled by a rocker switch. If you press on the top, the awning opens, if you press on the bottom, it closes, and if you leave it in the middle, the awning stops where it is at. Is there a Caseta switch that can do the same thing and that can be controlled from the app?
The first thing you will need to figure out is the voltage at the rocker switch. You'll also want to determine if it's single pole double throw, etc. and try to come up with a control scheme that will work. I'm not sure if Awnings have any safety built in to them like a garage door does, I think they depend on the operator being present so keep that in mind.
